Partner and Partnership "Connector"

ReachGlobal

Our Southern Brazil team has numerous partnerships with both individuals and churches across the U.S., connected to various churches and church ministries throughout Brazil. These partnerships are invaluable to expanding global vision and connecting key resources between the countries for the building up of Christ’s Church in the world. Often these partnerships bring opportunities for short-term teams, internships and on-going ministry investment.

We are seeking someone with relational and organizational skills, who can envision the power and impact of healthy partnerships and who is able to “connect” the two worlds of the American believer (Church) and Brazilian believer (Church).

  • Vision-casting with missions’ pastors and churches
  • Vision-casting among Brazilian pastors and churches
  • Creating short and long term opportunities for churches, youth, interns
  • Leveraging long-term relationships/involvement with those who “come” to Brazil.
  • Working closely with our Porto Alegre and Missio Dei teams in opening new doors and new opportunities for ministry and relationships.

We are looking for mature (independent of age) and passionate believers to join our team. Believers who are energetic and love “relational ministry” (there’s no other kind in Brazil). Believers who love the challenge of “bridge building” between cultures, churches and individuals—all for the sake of the God's Kingdom.

The place of ministry will be in the city of Porto Alegre, home to over three million people and the least evangelized major city in all of Brazil (with less than 3% born-again believers). You will be joining a dynamic and growing team which is based in the city but also has ministry impact throughout the country.
