Discpleship and Evangelism Coordinator

Santiago, Chile, is a strategic and key mission field in Latin America. The ReachGlobal's Latin America/Caribbean Division has strong local partnerships and connections with the local church. We are looking for people to come alongside and support the local church in Santiago to help reach the thriving young professional population and university students.

Responsibilities:  

• Work alongside the local church to reach university students and young professionals 
• Be willing to learn the Spanish language, culture and best practices for the local ministry context 
• Develop local friendships and plug into the local church  
• Evangelize and disciple young professionals and university students 
• Encourage and disciple new believers as they learn to walk with Jesus 

Qualifications:  

• Strong relationship-building skills 
• Humble learner 
• Bible College and/or ability to be undergo licensing with the EFCA
• A heart for transformational discipleship  
• A deep love for people and a broken heart for the lost
