The strategy of Crisis Response is to join domestic and international church partners as they respond to crisis. The unique mission environment following crisis is an excellent opportunity for integrated community development and church planting approaches.

This position will provide community development training and expertise to coach and support communities following crisis intervention. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with international partners, coordinating with local ReachGlobal teams, facilitating community development training and ongoing coaching and follow-up, and ongoing personal growth and development in cross cultural missions, community development, intentional disciplemaking and church planting.

Special Requirements

  • Willingness to be trained and mentored in biblically based community development, church planting, coaching and domestic/international crisis response
  • Ability to adapt to and function well in cross cultural settings
  • Being flexible, relational and a learner
  • Willingness to travel internationally 12+ weeks a year
