Community Development Coordinator

Come to a country that is the poorest country in Central Asia and is 98.6% Muslim. Our vision is to see lives and communities transformed by the power of God and to bring that transformation to people with the least access to the gospel. We live in the capital city, but we work in remote villages, where our goal is holistic transformation: spiritual and physical. The country we serve in is incredibly beautiful. It is 95% mountains, and there are epic mountain lakes and rivers just waiting to be explored!

Our team engages villages through community development projects. We gather villages to help them create a community vision, identify solutions to problems in reaching their vision and then create a plan to reach their vision. We train villages to work effectively and collaboratively in order to catalyze a process of transformation that goes far beyond our own presence in a village. We work with national believers who conduct these community development projects and disciple people in these villages. Your role as the community development coordinator would be to help create materials for community development, train our national partners in how to use it and then visit villages to help facilitate the community development process. You will have an opportunity to impact villages in ways that are truly transformational!

Everything we do is fueled by prayer. Our team runs a prayer room where we worship in God’s presence and intercede for the unreached. The team has extensive experience in community transformation, prayer, worship and hearing God’s voice. We will be investing in you to help you learn and grow in all of these areas.
