Apprentice under an experienced community development worker to develop skills in community development, coaching, and equipping of international church partners and networks towards transformation and church planting.

Facilitate community development training, coaching and equipping of international church partners and networks towards transformation and church planting.

Partner with ReachGlobal Crisis Response and ReachGlobal Europe Division to minister to Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

Supports and assists the Staff Development Director in all aspects of staff development, team health and recruitment.

Supports and assists the Crisis Response Prefield Volunteer Coordinator as requested/needed.

Leads the Crisis Response office and office team; the team operates from the headquarters in Covington, Louisiana.

Support and assist the Discipleship Director in developing methods and training for staff support.

Develop methods and training for supporting Crisis Response staff and partners.

Respond to international crises with prayer support, financial resources and ground support.

Supports and assists the Inventory and Acquisition Coordinator as requested/needed. Needs to be detail oriented and comfortable welcoming and investing in the lives of volunteers and staff. May need to run construction items to job sites when needed.

Develop relationships with those affected by trauma and assist with trauma care equipping and multiplication.

Direct the Crisis Response Prepare/Mobilize Initiative.
