Serve communities impacted by crisis through construction, outreach and relationship-building. Learn from missionaries, lead volunteers and grow spiritually while using your gifts to share Christ’s love in places like Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana and North Carolina.

Lead the Crisis Response Partner Initiative to coordinate and execute plans for crisis outreach with local partners.

Facilitate community development training, coaching and equipping of international church partners and networks towards transformation and church planting.

Partner with ReachGlobal Crisis Response and ReachGlobal Europe Division to minister to Ukrainian refugees in Poland.

Supports and assists the Staff Development Director in all aspects of staff development, team health and recruitment.

Develop relationships with those affected by trauma and assist with trauma care equipping and multiplication.

Working with the Domestic or International Response Director(s), this person is responsible for our response activity where trauma care (e.g. spiritual, emotional) is needed whether in the early stages of a response or long term.

Working with the Initiatives Director and the International Response Director this person develops a plan for encouraging individuals and churches to provide ongoing support for the Partner Fund.

Works with the Prepare/Mobilize and Partner Initiatives staff to advocate the value of these initiatives for churches and volunteers.

Supports and assists the Oversight and Development Director as needed.

The main role is to develop strong ongoing relationships with others and execute a plan to promote the ministry of Crisis Response among current and prospective donor partners, including individuals and churches, and to help deepen these relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.

Has charge of the development and execution of the entire Crisis Response Intern program including recruiting.
