Ministry and Social Event Planner

ReachGlobal
Discipleship

The ReachGlobal Santo Domingo City Team is partnering with a network of over three dozen house churches across the city, called Red Bendición (RB, Blessing Network). RB has invited the team to help disciple university students and young professionals in the network and equip them to reach their peers and coworkers with the gospel of Jesus. Our goal as we support RB students and young professionals in their faith is to provide pathways to deeper discipleship, a biblical worldview and intellectual confidence in following Jesus, with the goal of equipping them and helping them reach their peers at their respective universities and workplaces.

To extend the reach of the team’s disciple-making efforts, we’re looking for a creative person to help plan and implement events. You will coordinate with Dominican partners, Santo Domingo City Team members and house church leaders to organize ministry and social events across the network of house churches in Santo Domingo. Focused on students and young professionals, these events will bring small groups together in broader community. Some events will be pre-evangelistic and social such as picnics, parties and beach outings; others will be ministry-oriented, like concerts, retreats, conferences, training seminars or larger worship gatherings. Ability to manage logistics and flexibility to work on small-scale or large-scale events will be key.
