Team Leader Apprentice
There is a need for long-term workers to engage unreached people groups with the gospel in Central Asia. Opportunities exist across several countries in the region for those with a long-term calling to receive training, coaching and mentoring in order to launch teams focused on initiating a church planting movement. During the first four years, each worker will receive comprehensive preparation to learn the local language and culture, develop sound ministry principles and practices, and cultivate the life skills necessary for sustainable, long-term service.
Central Asia is home to millions who live with limited access to education, health care and biblical resources. Many communities remain underserved and have little opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. You will have the privilege of building relationships, demonstrating Christ’s love and participating in efforts that strengthen individuals, families and communities. Through faithful presence and gospel witness, your ministry can contribute to lasting spiritual fruit.
We are seeking men and women who sense the Lord’s leading to serve cross-culturally and who are willing to embrace both the challenges and the joys of long-term ministry. Whether your experience is in education, health care, agriculture, business or community development, your skills can serve as a platform for gospel engagement and discipleship.
Imagine serving alongside local believers—investing in relationships, contributing to community initiatives, teaching or launching a business that creates access to gospel conversations. The region’s rich diversity of cultures and languages offers meaningful opportunities for growth, partnership and participation in God’s redemptive work among the nations.
